Layerwise is not a giant lab, a committee, or a growth machine. It is a focused product built by someone who cares about the craft of making software, the messy middle of iteration, and the small details that make an AI tool feel useful instead of theatrical.

I started Layerwise because app building should feel closer to a conversation with a capable teammate. You should be able to describe what you want, see it running in a real sandbox, inspect the work, and keep shaping it until the product matches the idea in your head.

Being small is a constraint, but it is also the point. It means the product can stay close to the people using it. Feedback does not need to travel through layers of process before it changes the roadmap. Every improvement can be judged by whether it helps you build with more clarity, confidence, and control.
